Creating an LGN Application

I wasn't sure if this was a proper place to create this topic, but I was wondering if I'm allowed to create an application on the forums to join a specific guild in LGN. I read this topic on here https://sertuenheren.exprimetoi.net/t3509-le-recrutement-est-ferme which clearly states a closed recruitment since February 8th, 2016. I been wanting to apply for sometime and seen some recently made applications but wanted to ask before I do anything out of context.

Hello Bochi, the recruitment is closed, but it's actually open for people who have a mentor in LGN. If you don't know anyone in LGN, you could wait a bit more because the recruitment should open soon.
